You take care of the screen by taking a pice of scotch tape and lightly press it against the monitor, when you pull it off it will be clean.

The optical zoom uses the lens of your camera to get a closer view of your subject, the quality would be excellent. While digital zoom uses the processor inside the camera to crop the center of your picture and then increase the size of the pixels in that area. Resolution is is the one that determines how large you can print your picture. You can use it by getting a higher resolution camera but, it would take up a lot of space.You can also print a smaller picture, but if you get a low resolution camera, you can not print large pictures. A camera that has the highest megapixel is the Sigma DP1, it has 46 megapixels, and it costs about $1,900.
